My family and I visited your establishment for the first time on Thursday, October 12, at approximately 4 pm. We had driven a considerable distance from the north of Columbus, eagerly anticipating a positive experience. Prior to our visit, I had checked your website, which explicitly stated that Restaurant Depot provides a day pass. However, upon our arrival, the lady at the front desk informed us that day passes were not available. Her response was not only contradictory to the information presented on your website but was also accompanied by a level of rudeness and unprofessionalism that was completely unwarranted. I must emphasize that our primary reason for coming to Restaurant Depot was to make a purchase and explore the services you offer. We were disappointed to be turned away with such disrespect. I believe that the discrepancy between the website information and the lady's response, coupled with her unprofessional demeanor, has marred our perception of your establishment. It is essential for the success of any business to maintain transparency and uphold a high standard of customer service. I am a dedicated member of Restaurant Depot, where I source a wide range of supplies, occasional equipment, and disposable items like paper plates and cups. I must admit that my business would face challenges without the convenience of Restaurant Depot. However, I do have some suggestions for improvements in specific areas. One noticeable issue is the condition of the carts, as they often have broken wheels. Additionally, there seems to be a lack of organization when it comes to cart placement outside the store. Finding them can be a hassle, and the tall blue carts are not suitable for heavy items. I have also observed that the staff's friendliness can vary. While the cashiers and staff at the cold section, where meat and dairy are located, are more welcoming, there's room for improvement in customer service across the board. Occasionally, I've encountered empty shelves, particularly in the containers section. This can be frustrating when trying to find specific items. The parking lot lacks organization, with no designated lines or clear directions for drivers. Restaurant Depot serves a diverse customer base, and it would be beneficial to introduce a more organized categorization system. For instance, having sections dedicated to different cultures like a Latin American section or a Middle Eastern section would enhance the shopping experience. The existence of a Halal meat section in the freezer aisle sets a good example. The cleanliness of the entrance area could also be improved. Worst restaurant depot I have ever been to. So We have a card from CT and were here in Ohio for some family thing. Went there and tried our CT card and were told after good 15 minutes that sorry its not in our data base. Gave us the temp card which helped. Well over all the store was a mess tbh. Pallets, empty boxes, junk sitting in every corner in every Aisle. A really bad experience. Even tho some employees were really nice tho

One of the best places to start the restaurant shopping also good for students association especially if you got a large event and you want to provide food that so tast and affordable. Also i like the variety of food and they have halal and kosher options which make it easier for muslims to shop. I got a whole lamb (40 lb) and guess what. I only pay $125 some thinks it will be not that good 'cause it is imported from Australia but I think it is even better than the local farms which gonna charge you $7.99 per pound while at restaurant depot is $3.29.
